Job summary

Movement Software is expanding its Nordic footprint and seeks an Account Executive to drive growth in Sweden and nearby markets. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deals, engaging with decision-makers in transport, logistics, and field service.

Based in Malmö, you will collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure value delivery and long-term relationships while leveraging our AI-driven Ecoroute platform to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hunter mentality with a track record in B2B sales.
• Grit and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers in Sweden and Nordic regions.
• Lead customer meetings—digital and in person—and demonstrate value of Ecoroute.
• Drive negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure onboarded customers realize value.
• Provide market feedback to shape product and commercial strategy.
