Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include managing procurement and logistics, ensuring timely purchasing and quality delivery, and preparing import/export documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field, with strong skills in negotiation and supplier management. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement & logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge and experience of local regulations related to Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal pricing, delivery, and quality through effective purchasing.
  • Place POs timely to meet deadlines.
  • Negotiate discounts with suppliers and purchase in bulk where applicable.
  • Monitor supplier performance regarding quality and on-time delivery.
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers.
  • Liaise with production staff regarding goods deliveries.
  • Prepare compliant import/export documentation.
