Manages and operates risk management systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data management and supporting effective risk assessment and mitigation processes.

Skills

Policies, Processes and Procedures: Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Day‑to‑day operations: Applies the day‑to‑day operations assigned for the Enterprise Risk Management Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

System Management and Operations
  • Own and oversee the operation of risk management systems, ensuring their functionality, reliability, and security.
  • Customize system configurations to meet the organization's risk management needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and optimization of risk management software and hardware.
Data Management and Analysis
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of risk‑related information, including hazard assessments, incident records, and mitigation plans.
  • Collect, validate, and input data into the risk management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.
  • Generate reports, analytics, and visualizations to support risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Analyze data trends, identify emerging risks, and provide insights to support decision‑making processes.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation Support
  • Collaborate with risk assessment teams to define and implement standardized risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and support in conducting risk assessments, including identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor and track the progress of risk mitigation activities, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
Training and Stakeholder Support
  • Develop and deliver training programs on risk management systems and processes to enhance user proficiency and understanding.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users of the risk management systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk owners and department heads, to ensure effective utilization of risk management systems.
  • Support the communication of risk‑related information, reports, and insights to key stakeholders.
Reporting

Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for the section in order to meet company and section requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Health & Environment

Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
