- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and optimization of risk management software and hardware.
Data Management and Analysis
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of risk‑related information, including hazard assessments, incident records, and mitigation plans.
- Collect, validate, and input data into the risk management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.
- Generate reports, analytics, and visualizations to support risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation Support
- Collaborate with risk assessment teams to define and implement standardized risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support in conducting risk assessments, including identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of risk mitigation activities, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
Training and Stakeholder Support
- Develop and deliver training programs on risk management systems and processes to enhance user proficiency and understanding.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of the risk management systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk owners and department heads, to ensure effective utilization of risk management systems.
- Support the communication of risk‑related information, reports, and insights to key stakeholders.
Reporting
Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for the section in order to meet company and section requirements, policies, and standards.
