As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our programs by overseeing all contractual aspects. This includes managing contract drafting, negotiation, and administration activities. Responsibilities
- Manage all contractual aspects of projects, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Review and interpret contractual documents, identifying risks and recommending appropriate actions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure effective communication and resolution of contractual disputes
- Monitor and document contract changes, progress, and deviations
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the civil engineering industry
- Extensive knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in contract drafting and administration software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certifications in contract management are a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is desirable
- Strong understanding of Vision 2030 and its objectives is advantageous
