1. Knowledgeable in international engineering contracts (such as FIDIC).
2. Adept in claims and counterclaims, including Extension of Time (EOT), Cost Claims, and Force Majeure.
3. Proficient in using relevant cost software and knowledgeable in project cost control methods, such as MS Project and Excel (for cost analysis).
4. Knowledgeable in England law. Familiar with Saudi construction regulations, labor laws, tax regulations, environmental protection laws, insurance regulations, etc. Strong written English skills, capable of handling contracts and legal documents.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
At least 8 years experience as a Commercial Engineer in a Construction Company
