Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a full-time basis. This role focuses on delivering MECCA Magic on the shop floor, coaching a high-performing team, and balancing exceptional customer experiences with commercial outcomes.

The Zone Manager will drive KPIs, work from the shop floor, and contribute to a fast-paced, people-first environment with career progression opportunities. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.
