Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the Launceston store in TAS on a part-time basis. You will support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store success by coaching and guiding the team to achieve KPIs.

You will lead from the front, engage staff with clear communication, and uphold MECCA values while ensuring outstanding service and store standards. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large retail teams in a store environment.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and store experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop front-line teams.
