Job summary

Zoho Technologies Companies - KSA in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical Zoho implementations. You will drive advisory efforts on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process improvements where efficiencies can be gained.

Design and develop highly scalable Zoho implementations with necessary API integrations and Deluge scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and launching software projects with ERP/CRM focus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on requirements from a functional standpoint and suggest process improvements.
• Design and develop Zoho implementations with API integrations and Deluge scripting.
• Support delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality solutions.
• Plan milestones and phases with the principal consultant and drive execution.
• Produce project analysis documents: business and system requirements, use cases.
