Qualifications

• Essential UEFA B Licence (Desirable UEFA A Licence).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience with data management systems to monitor performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Experience in the Middle East club environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and manage coaching education and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and safeguarding, report to Women’s Sporting Director.
• Liaise with parents, agents and staff to align academy activities with club strategy.
• Provide line management and develop individual development plans for academy players.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and board discussions.
