Job summary

Al Qadisiyah Football Club's academy is seeking a dedicated Player Welfare and Education Coordinator to support young players daily. You will work with the Academy Player Care Manager to address welfare, housing, transport, education and personal development, ensuring a safe and structured environment.

The role focuses on coordinating schooling, life skills workshops, inducting new players, assisting transitions between age groups and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Diploma in Sports Management preferred.
• Experience in Player Care Management.
• Knowledge of SAFF/MoS regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide welfare support to academy players and address concerns.
• Assist in housing, transportation and off-field logistics.
• Coordinate education with schools and tutors to maintain progress.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and support IDAP development.
• Assist inductions and transitions between age groups.
