Job summary

SANY Saudi Arabia is recruiting experienced and results-driven Sales Managers for the Wheel Loader Department in Riyadh and Jeddah. You will lead regional sales initiatives and drive growth with key accounts.

The role requires a strong background in construction equipment sales, a proven track record managing wheel loader deals, and excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven track record in selling wheel loaders or similar machinery.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and established client network.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Promote and sell SANY’s product range, including Backhoe Loaders, Diesel Wheel Loaders, Electric Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, and Aerial Work Platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen market position.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
