Job summary

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic Excavator Senior Sales Specialist to lead sales operations in the Western Region, based in Riyadh & Dammam. You will drive growth by securing new customers and expanding key accounts across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years in construction machinery, fluent English with native Arabic, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Travel and internal transfers may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in construction machinery, focusing on excavator sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially in the Western Region.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Willing to travel frequently and support internal transfers.
