Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wheel Loader Operator role based in Riyadh. The Wheel Loader Operator will be responsible for operating wheel loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and aggregates in accordance with project requirements. Daily tasks include performing pre-start equipment inspections, reporting defects, and coordinating with site supervisors for safe and efficient material handling. The role involves following safety procedures, assisting with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning, and keeping work areas organized. The Wheel Loader Operator will also support other site activities as needed to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment in construction, mining, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices, traffic management, and safe material handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspections, recognize mechanical issues, and report them promptly.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, signalers, and other team members on site.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification, as required by local regulations in Riyadh.
• Willingness to follow company policies, work schedules, and quality standards, with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
• Previous experience with engineering or construction companies and familiarity with Gulf-region work practices is an advantage.
