The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the backhoe loader to excavate, move, and load materials at various sites. This role requires skilled operation of the machine to perform digging, trenching, lifting, and loading tasks safely and efficiently. The Back Hoe Loader operator will work closely with site managers and ground crews to complete assignments according to project specifications and timelines.
