Job summary

Radisson Collection Riyadh is looking for an Assistant Health Club & Wellness Manager (Female) to lead the Health Club Team, ensure cleanliness and guest safety, and help manage budgets and inventory in a hotel setting.

The role focuses on implementing fitness and wellness programs, coaching staff, maintaining equipment and facilities, and delivering memorable guest experiences within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a gym or fitness center, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong team management skills and ability to implement policies effectively.
• Knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to solve day-to-day problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing fitness and wellness programs under the guidance of the Manager.
• Support training, coaching, and daily performance monitoring of the team.
• Help supervise maintenance and safety of gym equipment and wellness facilities.
• Monitor daily inventory and supplies for the Health Club and wellness areas.
• Ensure the club consistently meets hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide guest support and resolve day-to-day issues following established policies.
• Organize small fitness and wellness events in coordination with the Manager to engage members.
