Job summary

Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is seeking a Female Personal Trainer to join our Health Club team. The role is on-site at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, offering growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will design tailored fitness programs, conduct assessments, demonstrate proper techniques, and provide nutrition guidance while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution (ACE, NASM, REPS, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a hotel or premium fitness club environment.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, anatomy, nutrition, and exercise techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

• Design and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to guests’ and members’ individual goals and needs.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe use of all gym equipment.

• Provide nutritional and lifestyle advice within professional scope.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service within the fitness area.
• Support wellness activities, challenges, and special events organized by the Health Club team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of health and positivity throughout the property.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
