Zusammenfassung

WTS Energy is seeking a Production Engineer (Welding) to oversee welding production across offshore projects for Saudi Aramco CRPO. You will plan, drive and report welding output, ensuring on-schedule delivery, adherence to WPS/PQR and Saudi Aramco standards.

Responsibilities include planning, welder allocation, productivity tracking and close collaboration with QA/QC, NDT and planning teams to protect critical-path activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgical or Production Engineering with attestable status in KSA.
• At least 8 years in welding production or welding engineering, 4+ years offshore fabrication yard.
• Experience with SMAW, GTAW, FCAW and SAW processes and their rates.

Aufgaben

• Plan daily and weekly welding activities aligned with project schedule and look-ahead plans.
• Allocate joints to welders by qualification range and manage welder continuity.
• Ensure welding follows approved WPS/PQR and Saudi Aramco standards (SAES/SAEP/SAI C).
• Track productivity and repair rates; lead root-cause actions with QA/QC and NDT.
• Prepare daily/weekly welding production reports and KPI dashboards.
