Job summary

Imi Ksa is seeking a Production Engineer, Welding to coordinate welding and construction activities for new rig builds, including work pack preparation and daily job planning.

You will supervise welding crews, oversee PQR/WQT processes, ensure compliance with project specs and HSEQ requirements, and drive schedule and cost control with subcontractors. A Bachelor Engineering Degree and 3–6 years offshore experience are required, with 3G/4G/6G certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• 3G, 4G, and 6G certified (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in shipyard and offshore activities or rig building.
• Experience handling rig building and offshore projects with high value and technical complexity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate welding and construction activities for new rig builds.
• Supervise welding crews and supervisors to ensure compliance.
• Assist in PQR and WQT coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitor pre- and post-heating requirements based on material and specs.
• Oversee ITR delivery and coordinate with other disciplines to meet target dates.

Education

Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent

3G, 4G, and 6G certified (preferred)
