Jing Hau is seeking a seasoned Wedding Planner in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to plan and manage bespoke weddings. The role involves meeting clients, budgeting, coordinating venues and vendors, and ensuring flawless execution from concept to wedding day.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with familiarity with cultural wedding traditions. English proficiency is required, Arabic a plus, and long hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Wedding Planner preferred.
• English proficiency required; Arabic a plus.
• Knowledge of wedding traditions especially Malayalees or Egyptians.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Research and recommend venues, vendors and services for the wedding
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
• Oversee the setup and decoration of the wedding venue
• Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistics
• Provide support during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle last-minute changes or issues during planning or on the day
