Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance to Menasite customers as well as identify and implement solutions according to the company’s criteria and systems.
• Display the performance of the company’s systems daily and ensure they function correctly.
• Review software and upgraded systems to ensure they operate as needed.
• Ensure the security and stability of web servers and databases in the company’s cloud environment.
• Develop new websites on the main site or for clients using Menasite site development tools as required.
• Manage the main website content, perform periodic updates, troubleshoot page issues, and improve performance and information access.
• Carry out related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in computer technology, computer software, or software design.
• 3 years experience in website design with HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.
• 3 years experience in development with MVC, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Experience in managing Web servers, domains, and internet security.
• Strong understanding of SEO.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
