We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer & Developer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is skilled in both design and development, capable of turning ideas into visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design

• Create modern, responsive website layouts, UI components, and digital assets.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.

Development

• Build custom WordPress/Shopify/other CMS themes and templates.
• Implement front-end and back-end functionality as needed.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, technical issues, and compatibility problems.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional, visually compelling web experiences.
• Manage the full website lifecycle—from concept and design to launch and maintenance.
• Conduct regular updates, improvements, and security checks.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Proven experience as a Web Designer and/or Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • WordPress or relevant CMS
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility.
  • Experience with website performance optimization and SEO basics.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or other back-end languages.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Experience with motion graphics or animations is a plus
