RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for a manufacturing client in Al Jubail, KSA. You will oversee daily receiving, storage, material handling, and dispatch to ensure production readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's or diploma in SCM or related field, at least 5 years in warehouse/inventory management with supervisory experience, and strong SAP expertise for transactions and reporting. Excellent housekeeping, safety compliance, and KPI monitoring are expected.

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse and inventory management, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience for warehouse transactions and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production.

• Strong hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly in warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
