Warehouse Manager for African Candidates in Riyadh

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth functioning of all warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and returns

Requirements:
- African national currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role preferred but not required
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks
