Warehouse Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with previous experience in warehouse management. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Create and maintain reports on warehouse activities such as inventory levels, shipping times, and productivity
• Train, mentor and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain

Requirements:

• Indian national with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with other benefits.
