Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a Safety Officer for Oil & Gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The role entails implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks across on-site operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Safety-related diploma/degree with NEBOSH/IOSH certificates preferred, and 5–10 years of Oil & Gas or EPC industry experience, with Gulf experience mandatory. Strong communication and incident investigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certificate preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, H2S, LOTO, and emergency response.
• Good communication, reporting, and site supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor high-risk activities including PTW, hot work, confined space, work at height, lifting, and LOTO.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare reports.
• Conduct safety inductions and awareness training for employees and contractors.
• Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain HSE records and ensure corrective actions are completed.
