Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants seeks a Safety Supervisor Oil & Gas to oversee on-site safety programs in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a diploma/certificate in occupational health & safety and Gulf experience. NEBOSH/IOSH is preferred, with strong knowledge of PTW, JSA, risk assessment, H2S, LOTO and PPE.

Responsibilities include supervising daily safety activities, conducting site inspections and toolbox talks, monitoring PPE use, and supporting emergency drills and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• 5-12 years experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Construction, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, H2S, LOTO, and PPE.
• Good communication and site supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor workers and contractors to ensure proper use of PPE.
• Monitor high-risk activities including PTW, hot work, confined space, work at height, lifting, and LOTO.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Report and assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Support emergency response, fire safety, and evacuation drills.
• Maintain daily safety records, inspection checklists, and reports.
• Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
