Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Safety Engineer for Oil & Gas projects to lead HSE policy implementation and safety programs on site.

The role requires 5–10 years of Oil & Gas or related industry experience, Gulf experience, and a relevant degree with NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and training to ensure compliance with standards and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of safety experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP support, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Monitor high-risk activities including PTW, hot work, confined space, work at height, lifting, and LOTO.
• Prepare and review JSA/JHA, method statements,emergency plans, and safety reports
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Oil & Gas safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project, operations, maintenance, and contractor teams on HSE matters.
