Job summary

Offshore job vacancy seeks an Offshore Safety Officer in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and offshore HSE requirements, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and coordinate safety activities with offshore teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects, NEBOSH IGC 1 & 2, offshore medical and safety certifications, and willingness to work offshore on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 1 & 2 are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worksite inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Monitor PTW, JSA/JHA, LOTO, confined space, lifting, work-at-height and SIMOPS activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and emergency preparedness checks.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and follow up corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE reports, records and daily safety statistics.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Coordinate with Offshore Supervisors, HSE teams and Saudi Aramco representatives.

• Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, PTW and Life Saving Rules.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Valid offshore medical and required offshore safety certifications.
• Willingness to work offshore on a rotational basis.
