Job summary

Workato in Riyadh is seeking a courteous waiter/waitress to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a smile, while maintaining table cleanliness and coordinating with the kitchen and POS system.

The role requires Malayalam fluency, a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Prior experience is not required, but a positive attitude and strong communication are

Waiter/Waitress

As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet customers, take their orders, and serve their food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner. This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is open to Malayalees with or without previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and make them feel welcome
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
• Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Malayalam (English language skills are not required)
• Must have a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia (own visa preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is not required but is considered an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
