Job summary

Focus Management Consultants Ltd (FMCL) seeks a High Calibre Food & Beverage Quality / Technical Manager to oversee a variety of specialised laboratories and to help establish a Technical Services Department. You will lead audits across manufacturers, retailers and foodservice, reporting to the president.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology or food safety, with at least 3 years of managerial audit experience and readiness to reside in KSA.

Qualifications

• University degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or food safety.
• 3 years of managerial experience managing audit services and teams.
• Strong experience in food safety, quality, or technical teams across multiple product ranges.
• Willing to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Competitive salary with bonus, housing and transport allowances and end-of-service payment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee specialised laboratories and help create the Technical Services Department.
• Lead, develop and deploy technical services including inspections and certifications (First, Second and Third Party Audits).
• Collaborate with senior personnel and report to the President.
