Job summary

Guthmi Group in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to plan and execute compelling showroom displays across multiple locations. You will design layouts, source props, and supervise installations to ensure consistent brand visuals and seasonal campaigns.

The role involves coordinating with window display production, managing costs, and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience in display design, space planning, and vendor coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yearly plan based on the strategy and marketing calendar.
• Lead on Concept Execution based on approved strategy.
• Responsible on specific Area execution
• Ensure Stores are impeccable with the look & Feel and Retail sensory.
• Generate sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements.
• Finalize designs and create detailed floor plans for display areas.
• Source the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
• Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store display, or supervise contractors hired for this purpose.
• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
• Train Staff to deliver and executive the same them and follow guidelines.
• Create Proper Guidelines for each campaign and ensure its execution.
• Audit and monitor the final work by taking necessary arrangements.
• To maintain inventory of furniture, fabric ( by metre) and props of each showroom.
• To plan, design and execute creative Visual merchandising strategy for all showrooms - as required for each event OR Collection including showroom exterior, Window displays, interior space and interior fixtures and furnishings.
• To work with munajjids and curtain makers for production of all props.
• To create detailed specifications for props with all information regarding size, colour, trimmings, qty etc.
• Create an annual master rotation plan of showroom VM’s to economise on props and visuals, by area.
• Maintain strict cost control at all times.
• Ensure accurate documentation is always filed and updated.
• Design and execute exhibition display stands
• Attend exhibitions as and when required to “freshen” up post-client visits.
