Job summary

SIAD Holding in Jeddah is seeking a skilled photographer and videographer to capture professional photography and videos for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries, across hotels, events, and corporate activities. You will plan shoots, direct participants, and manage locations and production schedules.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and a proven ability to handle end-to-end production from planning to editing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in photography, Film Production, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Proven ability to manage the full production process, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Department to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, platforms, and required deliverables.
• Participate in content planning and recommend suitable visual approaches for different brands and activities.
• Develop mood boards, visual references, shot lists, production schedules, and location requirements before each shoot.
• Conduct location inspections to assess lighting, framing, accessibility, operational conditions, and production needs.
• Identify required props, equipment, permissions, styling, or logistical arrangements before production.
• Coordinate with marketing, hotel, tourism, transportation, and operational teams to prepare locations and participants.
• Ensure approvals and arrangements are secured before commencing production.
• Capture professional photographs and videos for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Produce content for hotels, rooms, restaurants, facilities, tourism services, transportation fleets, corporate activities, employees, events, exhibitions, and operational locations.
• Adapt production approach to suit corporate communications, social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and printed materials.
• Apply knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, sound, and visual storytelling.
• Direct employees, guests, models, or participants professionally during shoots when required.
• Travel to different locations and cover activities outside regular hours when required.
• Edit photographs and videos to a professional standard.
• Perform color correction, color grading, retouching, sound enhancement, sequencing, and other post-production work.
• Produce different versions and formats for platforms including social media, websites, presentations, digital advertising, and display screens.
• Regularly review the group’s existing photography and video assets, identify gaps, and propose new content requirements.
• Support the development of a consistent visual style for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Organize all raw and edited files with clear folder and naming systems.
• Maintain an accessible visual asset library for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
