Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language.
• Familiarity with the Indian market and culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and purchase products from suppliers according to market trends, customer demands, and budget limitations.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability for the company.
• Monitor inventory levels and make timely replenishment decisions.
• Analyze sales data and trends to understand customer preferences and adjust product selection accordingly.
