Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Vendor Manager for Amazon Now in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of suppliers, driving selection, availability, and commercial performance across dark store and superstore networks.

You will onboard new selection, negotiate terms, and translate vendor performance into customer-facing improvements. Strong analytics, ownership, and English fluency are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and business analytics tools; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a vendor portfolio across assigned categories, building strong relationships and ensuring vendors are set up for long term success on the platform.
• Drive selection expansion by identifying and onboarding new ASINs that align with category strategy and help achieve overall ASIN targets.
• Improve numeric distribution and fill rates by working closely with vendors to optimize availability, reduce stockouts, and strengthen supply chain reliability.
• Lead regular vendor business reviews to assess performance, share insights, and align on growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and deals, ensuring vendors are engaged and aligned to maximize impact.
