Job summary

Bray International, Inc. in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province is seeking an Assembly Technician to support our Valve Automation Center (VAC) operations.

This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, inspecting, packaging, and delivering high-quality valve automation products, ensuring safe manufacture and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes following work instructions, meeting quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement; a technical diploma and assembly experience are

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or vocational training or equivalent practical experience.
• Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience completing production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble valves, actuators, and automation products in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform functional testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Complete required production, testing, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Support pressure testing and final product testing activities where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
