Job summary

Bray International is seeking a motivated Assembly Technician to support our Valve Automation Center (VAC) operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.   • Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and experience completing production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, reliable, and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble valves, actuators, and automation products in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform functional testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product compliance.
  • Complete required production, testing, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support pressure testing and final product testing activities where applicable.
  • Assist with receiving, inventory control, packaging, and shipping activities as required.
  • Identify, document, and report quality or safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Bray is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support our Valve Automation Center (VAC) operations. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, packaging, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality valve automation products. You will play a vital role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and delivered on time while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation

Assembly Technicians are critical to the success of our operations. They directly influence product quality, customer satisfaction, and on‑time delivery performance. This role provides the hands‑on expertise needed to build, test, inspect, and prepare products for shipment while supporting the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation

Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Testing
  • Assemble valves, actuators, and automation products in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform functional testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product compliance.
  • Complete required production, testing, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support pressure testing and final product testing activities where applicable.

What We’re Looking For
  • Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a Valve Automation Center (VAC) environment.

  • Forklift certification and/or warehouse experience is required.
