Job summary

Müller's Solutions seeks an experienced UX Team Lead to steer UX initiatives and drive user-centered design across digital products and services. You will mentor and grow a high-performing UX/design team and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing across time zones.

We value strong research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, with hands-on work in Figma and modern prototyping tools. Ambiguity and fast pace are common; adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and end-to-end UX processes.
• Proven experience leading and developing UX/design teams.
• Strong knowledge of UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience designing and leading interactive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
