Job summary

Müller's Solutions seeks an experienced UX Team Lead to steer UX initiatives and drive user-centered design across digital products and services. You will mentor and grow a high-performing UX/design team and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing across time zones.

We value strong research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, with hands-on work in Figma and modern prototyping tools. Ambiguity and fast pace are common; adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
7+ years of experience in UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and end-to-end UX processes.
Proven experience leading and developing UX/design teams.
Strong knowledge of UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
Experience designing and leading interactive web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns and UX best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
