UX Labs in Riyadh is seeking a motivated UX Research Assistant to support planning and execution of user research studies across client projects.

You will collect data, document methodologies, and help turn insights into actionable design recommendations, collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and clients.

This role offers exposure to on-demand, project-based work and opportunities to learn from experienced researchers.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for user research and UX design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, personas, and user journeys.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities.
• Recruit participants and coordinate sessions.
• Collect and organize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Synthesize findings and contribute to analysis.
• Document methodologies and findings.
• Prepare research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
