Job summary

Flying Bisons in Warsaw is seeking a curious mind and a passionate explorer of human behavior to shape digital experiences through insight, empathy and creativity. You will perform both quantitative and qualitative research, run sessions like IDIs, usability tests, and workshops, and synthesize findings to guide design and product decisions.

Fluent English and native Arabic are required, with experience collaborating with European clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of research processes from mapping research problems to analyzing materials.
• Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team.
• Conducting research using techniques like user testing, IDIs, FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Synthesizing findings to inspire design and product decisions.
• Create personas and user journey maps as outputs of the research.
• Collaborate with researchers and interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts).

Scope of tasks:

• Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.
• Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team
• Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting
• Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams
• Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments
• Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted
• Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)

What you’ll bring to the team

• Professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, or remote research platforms
• Experience collaborating with European clients or teams
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you know how to make insights stick
