URGENT Contracts Manager
My client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on a large civil project in Riyadh, KSA. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts on a large-scale civil project in Riyadh, KSA.
• Provide contract leadership, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Support procurement of consultancy and construction contracts, including preparation of RFPs and claims resolution and mitigation.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage change, risk, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years relevant experience; at least 5 years experience as a senior contracts manager on large-scale civil projects.
• Extensive working knowledge of FIDIC Red and Yellow Books.
• Experience with procurement of consultancy and construction contracts, including preparation of RFPs and claims resolution and mitigation.
• BSc Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Must be Arabic speaking.
