Job summary

Fieldcore in Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Tendering Manager to lead costing and planning of upgrades across the Middle East, driving excellence in SQDC, productivity and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with PES, GEV Commercial & Sales to prepare upgrade plans and cost estimates, and to support project lifecycle from opportunity through closeout.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of GE Gas Turbine and Generator Field Services maintenance experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 10+ years GE Gas Turbine and Generator Field Services maintenance.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored upgrade plans and cost estimates for upgrade opportunities.
• Develop field service project cost estimates using standards.
• Plan outages including schedule, cost, man-loading, and critical path impact.
• Prepare outage offers ensuring competitiveness in scope, timing and cost.
• Monitor project costs and perform as-sold vs as-executed analysis.
