Job summary

Branch of Sterling and Wilson Data Center Private seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead estimation, cost control, and commercial management across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and ELV packages for data center projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will review tender documents, BOQs and contracts, coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams, manage a QS team, and deliver accurate cost plans, variations, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

15–20 years of total QS experience with MEP focus.
Proven leadership of QS teams on data center or large projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and Saudi regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead MEP QS function: quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and commercial management.
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specs, and contracts.
Prepare variations, change orders, and final accounts.
Monitor budgets, commitments, costs, and forecast variances.
Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, construction, and commercial teams.
Maintain records of BOQs, variations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project contracts.
