Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Senior Manager - Digital Asset Compliance to provide technical oversight and QA for our virtual city assets built in Unreal Engine. You will ensure models meet BIM/GIS data integration standards, manage workflows, and supervise external contributors while upholding safety and quality across the program.

The role requires deep Unreal Engine expertise, a strong background in digital asset management, and proven leadership in complex design environments within the Gulf

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven work experience in developing real time 3D applications in Unreal Engine or similar
• Strong quality control protocols and technical troubleshooting for digital assets
• Solid background in BIM, GIS, and management of complex digital asset structures
• Experience setting up and maintaining technical workflows, file structures, and compliance documentation
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine with extensive experience in architectural visualization

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and ensure compliance with health standards and Stop Work authority.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance team aligned with Qiddiya values.
• Oversee quality and structure of digital models and assets in Unreal Engine.
• Develop and enforce technical standards for digital modeling and asset compliance.
• Monitor asset updates from external consultants and ensure integrity of models.
• Maintain robust file structures, workflows, and documentation for compliance.
