Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field.
• Professional Certifications (if required) etc.

Responsibilities

• Champions safety and Stop Work authority with health, safety, wellbeing standards.
• Role models leadership consistent with Qiddiya Values.
• Motivates a high-performance culture with direction, feedback and accountability.
• Ensures digital models integrating BIM, GIS and engineering data meet technical standards and file structures.
• Maintains technical excellence and streamlines workflows for digital asset management across the program.
• Oversees quality and structure of digital models and assets in Unreal Engine.
• Develops and enforces technical standards for digital modeling and asset compliance.
• Monitors model updates from external consultants and designers.
• Establishes robust file structures, workflows, and documentation for compliance.
• Troubleshoots issues related to digital assets integration and modeling.
• Continuously improves workflows to enhance digital model integrity.
• Implements best practices for assets compliance and data management.
