Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Uniform Attendant to ensure uniforms are clean, organized, and readily available for staff. You will collaborate with Laundry and Housekeeping to maintain smooth daily operations and accurate records of issuance and returns.

Ideal candidates have experience in uniform handling, strong organizational skills, and good English communication in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting. This role is based on site at the Red Sea coast resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in uniform room, laundry, housekeeping, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Basic garment care knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic inventory and stock control understanding.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute clean and well-presented uniforms to team members.
• Receive, sort, and inspect used uniforms before processing.
• Prepare, label, assign, and issue uniforms for new team members.
• Support uniform fittings, exchanges, and replacement requests.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, and assignments.
• Organize uniforms by department, team member, and ID number.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages, damages, or replacement needs.
• Coordinate cleaning, pressing, repairs, and alterations as required.
• Assist team members with uniform-related requests professionally.
• Keep the uniform room clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with Laundry and Housekeeping for daily operations.

Job Description

At SLS The Red Sea, every detail matters — including how our team looks and feels. As a Uniform Attendant, you will help ensure our team members are always ready to represent SLS at their best by keeping uniforms organized, well-presented, and available when needed. Working closely with Laundry and Housekeeping, you will manage the daily distribution, collection, organization, and care of team member uniforms while maintaining accurate records and a smooth uniform operation.

• Support regular uniform inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Assist team members professionally with uniform-related requests.
• Maintain the uniform room in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Coordinate closely with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a uniform room, laundry, housekeeping, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of garment care and uniform handling is an advantage.
