Job summary

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an experienced Ultimus Developer to support and extend Ultimus workflows and integrations in a enterprise environment in Riyadh.

You will configure and troubleshoot processes, participate in releases and DR activities, and collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Candidates should have 3+ years of Ultimus experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with the Ultimus platform.
• Hands-on experience in workflow and business-process application development.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Ultimus workflows and business-process applications.

• Hands-on experience in workflow and business-process application development.
• Experience integrating Ultimus with external entities and enterprise systems.
• Experience in production support, incident troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Understanding of disaster recovery (DR), high availability, and business continuity requirements.
• Experience supporting upgrades, deployments, configuration changes, and regression testing.

Technical & Professional Capabilities

• Ability to work effectively in enterprise production and managed-services environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities.
• Ability to support system/platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, security, infrastructure, and vendors.
