Job summary

Nexucon Consultancy Services in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced IBM Maximo MAS 9 specialist to lead end-to-end technical delivery. You will configure, customize, and optimize Maximo Manage, design integrations with MIF, and develop automation scripts to meet business needs.

As part of a global delivery team, you will work with stakeholders and cloud/containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift) to ensure smooth deployments, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and implementing IBM Maximo MAS 9 in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in integrating Maximo with external systems via MIF, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong background in data migration, automation scripts, and complex workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift for MAS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS 9 implementation and technical delivery activities.
• Configure and customize Maximo Manage based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Automation Scripts.
• Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework MIF.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS 9 implementation and technical delivery activities
• Configure and customize Maximo Manage based on business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain Automation Scripts
• Workflows
• Escalations

• Application Designer configurations
• Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework MIF
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs SOAP JSON XML and other integration technologies
• Perform Maximo data migration data loading validation and reconciliation activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Maximo MAS technical integration and production issues
• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare technical design documents solution designs configuration documents and deployment procedures
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Maximo development and support teams
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to IBM Maximo MAS best practices coding standards security and quality standards
• Work with Kubernetes OpenShift and containerized environments supporting MAS deployments
• Participate in system testing defect resolution deployment and production support activities
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders offshore teams and project management teams to ensure successful delivery
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management EAM Facilities Management Real Estate or large-scale enterprise Maximo projects will be an added advantage
