Job summary

Halliburton in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced field personnel to supervise rigging up and down of service line equipment on onshore and offshore locations. You will provide planning for the job, set up equipment, guide field operations, and ensure customer satisfaction with well site results.

Ideal candidates bring 9 years of oil field drilling experience, including 5 years in underbalanced or managed pressure drilling, and meet competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.

Qualifications

• Skills acquired through completion of high school diploma and 9 years experience in oil field drilling activities including 5 years of underblanaced drilling and or managed pressure drilling
• Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA
• Skills acquired through completion of high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 5+ years of underblanaced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling. Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision supervises directs and performs all phases of the rigging up and down of service line equipment on work locations both on and offshore
• Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up well site direction and customer related support activities
• Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining setting up testing and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp
• Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise
• Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to ensure quality of data at the well
• Consults with customers concerning services and products promotes good customer relations at the well site and ensures customer satisfaction with results
• Properly maintains equipment and completes all job documentation
• Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative and manages any changes required
• Must be able to review information received from Business Development to confirm best practices are followed and that proposed job plans meet customer & aposs expectations in the most efficient manner
• Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
• Good mathematical acumen is required
• Good reading comprehension and writing skills are required
