BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks a senior flying instructor to lead cadet instructional missions, reporting to the Flying Wing Commander and aligning with Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.
The role requires 1500+ flight hours on fast jets, extensive instructional experience, and a completed TOCU tour (C to I Typhoon). It offers expatriate benefits and a competitive package in Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible to the Flying Wing Commander for flying instructional missions for cadets in accordance with appropriate Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.
This position requires good people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.
